Please read carefully this notice about our policy concerning receiving and returning merchandise (defective or not).

Receiving merchandise:

Please verify the number of boxes and skids you have received compared to what is written on the carrier's bill. If they're not the same, you must write it down immediately on the bill. If not mentioned, it will be impossible to claim a short ship to the carrier company and to proceed your credit.

Receiving damaged merchandise:

If you have received damaged transportation box(es), it's very important to write it down on the carrier's bill. If not, it will be impossible to claim damaged box(es) to the carrier company and to proceed your credit. Please take note that we may ask for pictures.

Delivery mistake:

Any shipping or billing error must be reported within 5 opening days. Returning your merchandise (restocking): Every return must be authorized by K.I.D. Toy for credit and may be subject to a 20% chargeback. All products must be label-free and saleable.

Defective merchandise:

Every product return must be authorized by K.I.D. Toy. To do so, from now on, you may now go to the following address: http://www.kidtoy.ca. An RMA number will be given for the listed merchandise only and is valid for 15 days. No return after 12 months of purchase. If we consider the product as not defective (or haven't been verified), we may not credit this product. Every merchandise's return is at your expense.

We try our best to make it easier and faster for you to receive your credits. However, every step must be followed by you, in order to proceed correctly. If the boxes haven't been counted or inspected, K.I.D. Toy does not have any resort over the carrier company.
